Customer Service Specialist

What you will accomplish
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for finding the best solution for our customers and promoting a unique after sales service experience. You will work with Consumers, Small, Medium and Large Business customers, delivering solutions for each case.
• Provide solutions to customers through different channels such as telephone, chat or email;
• Deliver solutions in an agile and assertive way for immediate demands: order status, sending documents, information and after sales guidance;
• Follow up with the customer to the final solution in exchanges, returns, missing items and order re-invoicing processes;
• Work collaboratively with other areas to ensure the best solution for customers;
• Identify opportunities, bring ideas and solutions for everyone's growth.

Relevant experience in customer facing roles, with similar scope
Analytical skills (Excel)
Intermediate to Advanced English
Effective communication skills and phone etiquette
Knowledge in Salesforce, Delta.
