Dell Sr. Analyst, Sales Planning & Strategy in Panama City, Panama

This role will support the Corporate and Sales Business Planning objectives for Americas Enterprise Business Operations, supporting one of the four USA Divisions (Northeast, Central, South, or West). The position provides growth opportunities, cross-functional sales and operations engagement, and exposure to senior leadership.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Supports Pipeline Analysis and Sales Rep Coverage efforts.

  • Drives day-to-day inspection and monitoring of business performance and trends : Responsible for divisional reporting, dashboards, and data analytics to drive business outcomes, including but not limited to top deals, margin, topline, quota attainment / gap to goal, campaigns, and KPI’s. Inspects sales priorities and plays working with the Business Managers and Program Managers. Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect productivity and profitability (and makes recommendations to the Business Operations Director on remediation, as appropriate). Supports the Business Operations Specialist (BOS) team with how-to and best practices around reporting.

  • Forecasting Execution: Drives timely and accurate forecast execution / roll up. Supports proactive deal inspection efforts. Monitors the forward-looking business.

  • Provides Ad Hoc Support at the Corporate/Divisional Level: Supports the field and business operations teams and takes ownership for key tasks (as advised). Prepares data and provides business insights on historical trends and account / Sales Rep information. Supports territory optimization / addresses account segmentation issues (working with the Business Operations Director). Develops presentations for the division / business. Engages in commissions review (as appropriate). Analyzes win-loss data and reports findings to sales leadership.

  • Leads Best Practices Sharing Efforts: Proactively engages the business operations ecosystem to socialize and standardize best practices.

  • Works cross-functionally and engages with key stakeholders in Sales and Business Operations to support the business.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires 3-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience.
