Our IT Vendor Management team within Information Technology is charged with managing our relationship with external suppliers. We take the lead on measuring actual service level performance against contractual levels and driving continuous improvement. We also work with Procurement on Request for Proposals, Statements of Work and contract phases of engaging vendors.

  • As key member of the IT VMO organization, establishes and maintains strong communication channels with both internal and external 'customers' (Vendors/Suppliers and internal IT Leadership/Managers) with goal of understanidng organizational needs, strategic direction and opportuities, and future supplier needs.

  • Objective also includes supporting increased efficiencies, reduced costs and strengthen customer service.

  • Includes developing, refining and generating regular reporting, identifying areas of process improvement and facilitating the effective processing of required SOWs, PO's, and other items.

  • Experience and understanding of Professional Services / Consulting category preferred including Contract terms, negotiation skills, Statement of Work development, etc.

  • Strong communication skills - comfort dealing with and ability to interact with executive level leaders.

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt to ever changing environment.

  • Advanced reporting, excel, database skills.

  • Creative, can-do attitude.

  • Ability to work independently while taking responsibility for (owning) key activities.
