Key responsibilities:

• Positions Dell within highest level of assigned account and maintains executive level relationships.

• Delivers revenue, units, margin, enterprise, and services revenue and overall growth at assigned global accounts.

• Teams with internal Dell resources and leads the virtual global account team in making the best business decisions for the customer and Dell overall.

• Where applicable may be responsible for local quota for assigned account set.

• Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.

• Anticipates customer needs beyond existing scope of Dell products and services.

• Assigned to specific global account that traditionally is high in complexity and strategic importance to the firm.

Essential requirements:

• Accomplished sales professional, contributing beyond self, sought out by others.

• Has boardroom/executive presence.

• Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the global account for Enterprise technology, products and service solutions.

• Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs of global accounts.

• solid sales experience and/or related, industry, segment or global account experience.
