What you’ll achieve
The Junior Service Delivery Engineer role is a perfect opportunity for anybody recently graduated or with first work experience (max. 3 years after graduation). We will provide you with training, a mentor to learn and develop a deep understanding of our portfolio. To be successful in this role, we need somebody with eagerness to learn, curiosity and technical affinity.
Perform specific delivery support activities for customers under supervision from your mentor
Assist in coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting
Assist with analyzing specific issues with the customer to facilitate continuous improvement
Partner with Dell team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customer

0-3 years experience within a delivery or technical role, ideally within professional services
Good organizational, planning skills, ability to set priorities
Affinity and interest in infrastructure, basic knowledge of operating systems, storage (NAS, SAN), networking (cisco, brocade), security, database, virtualization
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills in French and English
- Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree
