Senior Consultant / Solution Architect (f/m) – Microsoft Technologies

A Senior Consultant / Solution Architect on Microsoft Technologies in Dell EMC Consulting is in charge to lead technically and to participate both in presales and in delivery of Transformation projects (IT Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Digital Transformation)

Business Expertise

• Ability to capture customer requirements and to analyze the material provided by customers

• Skills and experience in constructing complex service provider solutions in the IT services provider market.

• Complete understanding and ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contract SOW for both customer engagement and partner provisioning.

• Requires advanced understanding of profit and loss (P&L) and cash flow development, risk assessment, and partner cost management and business impact.

• Ability to design an architecture

• Solid consulting background and experience implementing and managing complex technology solution projects

• Advanced skills in industry leading technology services tools (Quest, Binary Tree, Puppet …).

• Broad knowledge of relevant Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, System Center, Windows Server, Hyper-V, PowerShell, Office 365, Azure; Network; Storage

• Conceptual understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Business Intelligence, SharePoint

• A Microsoft certification is preferred, with the ideal candidate possessing one of the following certifications: MCTS, MCITP, MCA, MCM, MCSA.

• ​ Three Track are possible (experience in one of them is required)

1) Identity Management and Unified Communication – For this one, the candidate will have strong knowledge and experience on Identity Federation with AD, Azure AD, ADFS/WAP, MFA, SSO & PKI; on Exchange; on Skype for Business; on Teams; on Office 365

2) Datacenter & Cloud – For this one, the candidate will have strong knowledge and experience on Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructures (include Network and Storage), Storage Direct Spaces, System Center, Azure, AzureStack, Dockers, Kubernetes

3) Collaboration & Big Data – For this one, the candidate will have strong knowledge and experience on SQL Server & Azure SQL Database, PowerBI, SharePoint & SharePoint Online. Good experience on C#, JavaScript software development.

  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large projects and achieve desired customer satisfaction from inception to deployment, this include technical project management experience

  • Ability to interface with the client in a pre-sales fashion, and on an on-going basis as projects progress

  • Advanced organizing and planning skills to manage large project teams and complex customer deliverables

  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to lead large cross-functional project teams

  • Demonstrated attentiveness to quality and productivity

  • Ability to write technical documents and presentations Languages

  • Fluent in French

  • Ability to work in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) Travel

  • As our customers are 50% in Paris area and at 50% in the rest of France, this position requires the ability to travel in France depending on the business between 50% and 75% of the time. Experience

  • 5+ years relevant experience with a Master's Degree

  • 7+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree
