The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing end user customer financing volumes through the primary partner. Build the partner relationship through the following activities: training on DFS products, attending team meetings, partner events and any other activities to promote DFS. Increase and enhance relationships with the Partner team through the coordination of sales, contracts, lease administration and other activities to streamline the financing process. Increase market/account penetration by specifically targeting acquisition or existing partner accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction for long term results. The position will be located in a Dell partner location in the following city: Phoenix, AZ and requires some travel.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Aggressively work with the partner sales team in pursuit of the following objectives:

  • Single point of contact for Inside Sales

  • Coordinate sales approach with outside DFS account executive

  • Proactive lease quoting

  • Provide branded marketing materials to promote special offers / promotions

  • Provide ongoing training

  • Promote leasing on Dell sold equipment

  • Integrate into the partner teams: team meetings, pipeline reviews, events, etc.

Significantly grow DFS leasing penetration with end user customers served by the partner:

  • Attend partner events, staff meetings, Maximize customer sat with onsite reseller

  • Proactive lease quoting of registered opportunities – existing DFS accounts

  • Grow repeat business from existing end users

  • Successfully sell the DFS value proposition to neutralize other financing companies competing for same business

  • Coordinate DFS resources from operations, pricing, and credit to ensure the reseller consistently has a great experience

  • Provide marketplace feedback (customer and competitor) to management so we can improve the business

  • Utilize CRM tools to record sales activities and assist the company build a world-class CRM system that can be leveraged for future success


  • Proven track record of achievement in a dynamic, target driven environment

  • Knowledge of financial products, i.e., loans, capital and operating leases

  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and Financial Services market

  • CIO and CFO level negotiating and solution selling skills

  • Account Management skills

  • Strong business acumen - must understand the sales process, roles and responsibilities of the interrelated functions of the business, and can read, report, evaluate and react to metrics & measurements

  • Experience using a CRM tool

  • 5+ years of applicable work experience in sales / finance / and or leasing
