The addition of Wyse will expand Dell’s desktop virtualization capabilities and provide new market opportunities for the full range of Dell’s enterprise solutions and services.
Role Responsibilities This role is a quota carrying salesperson focused on driving the sale of Dell’s Cloud Computing and Virtual Desktop solutions. This person will work with existing Account teams and End User Computing Sales Engineers to identify accounts with complex distributed computing/data security challenges including but not limited to cloud computing, client virtualization, end user security/authentication, system management tools, enterprise mobility and remote device management. You will target, qualify and drive sales campaigns around a variety solutions in a defined territory. The Sales Specialist will make customer sales calls to surface, qualify, position and close new opportunities (at existing dell customers and new acquisition customers) and owns the EUC sales quota for their territory.
Requirements - Should have technically relevant experience in Desktop Virtualization and Cloud Computing- 10+ years of IT experience- 6+ years of related Virtualization/Cloud Sales experience- Strong knowledge of technical products, vendors, and families of technologies- Strong knowledge of product configurations- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and leadership.
