This person will be also responsible for internal communication with Dell EMC Account Managers from other countries where Czech HQ is operating with its subsidiaries. The main focus is on Czech customers who are active also in USA and Asia (India, China, Vietnam, Malaysia etc.). Content of internal communication will be based on sales cycle management (worldwide proposal creating, price approval procedure, price negotiation with Czech purchasing department) and coordination for successful business closing. This type of works requires fundamental knowledge for project management.
Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
Function as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution
Analyzes multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution
Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/ meet customer needs
Effectively balances demands from multiple stakeholders
Develops and implements account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives
Involved in contract negotiation and possesses strong financial/business and pricing knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelors degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience with sales
Fluent English and Czech/Slovak
Results-oriented team player
Strong communication skills on the phone and also face to face
IT business knowledge
