Managing daily functions within a domain work stream provides support through hiring and training staff, providing system & process training to employees and other groups.
Own Resource management, people management, and performance management of 15+ people team.
Reporting on service delivery parameters, compliance metrics, and domain and SLA performance.
Participate and influence adoption of Residency best practices.
Utilize people skills and available manager tools to critically impact the growth of an individual within the company and career
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills are required.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills; able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent knowledge of product lifecycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.
Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance and meeting deadlines.
