Working side-by-side with editors and illustrators, subject matter experts and stakeholders, the team creates clear, concise and easy-to-understand content for multiple channels. It takes an ability to research, analyze and synthesize complex subject matter. And it’s all underpinned by an understanding of how our technologies work and how they benefit customers.

Key Responsibilities

-Produce clear concise technical content and supports the customer journey:

-Content that supports product adoption – introduction, installation, and activation

-Content that supports product enablement – initial configuration, optimization, and customization

-Content that supports product operation/maintenance – management, optimization, and recovery

-Writes clear concise How-to /procedures about how to use and maintain products

-Encapsulates concise and informative Troubleshooting and self-help (DIY) information

-Consolidates and encapsulates useful product reference material


Essential Requirements

-3+ years relevant experience with producing and publishing product documentation

-Bachelor's degree in Writing, English, or related technical domain

-Excellent communication, writing, editing, and creative problem-solving skills

-Strong organization, prioritization, planning, and strategic thinking skills

Desirable Requirements

-Familiar with the following technological domains:

-Software and hardware product installation and configuration

-Datacenter composition and dynamics

-Storage systems and protocols

-Network configuration

- Web-oriented content development and publishing

-Tools for creating and organizing content based XML content management systems

-Principles of minimalism and information design in producing user-centric content

-Basic tools and techniques for using and creating technical visuals and graphics in content

-Video scripting, production, and/or editing
