What you'll achieve

As an Account Manager 3 , Inside Sales you will responsible to work in a merit based environment and utilize your sales experience, while scaling your career into advance sales and/or leadership in a Fortune 50 company.

You will:

  • Sells products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software, enterprise solutions and service contracts.

  • Be responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.

  • Functions as the primary insides sales demand generalist and provides support to the field sales leader with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Dell technology, services, and financial products.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with multifunctional partners.

  • Ability to coach team on Sales Consultatively –ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that result in mutual values.

Desirable Requirements

  • Coaching team around building relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell’s technology, products and services

  • Engaging cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic locations, in order to achieve goal/meet needs of customers

  • Effectively prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are meet.
