27Thirteen, the company’s internal agency named after Michael Dell’s dorm room – is hiring for a vital role that serves as the linchpin for championing and helping the organization achieve operational discipline. The right candidate has an eye for detail, is passionate about process, technology and of course loves working in a creative environment.
The Creative Operations Coordinator streamlines and brings structure to the way creative work is both produced and delivered for internal clients we support as an agency team. The right candidate appreciates how creative professionals work and understands the importance of balancing operational rigor within a creative team. Specific responsibilities include:
Media trafficking - Works closely with paid advertising media partners, brand representatives and creative team to upload and deliver campaign assets in the right format and process for market execution.
Project Management Tools and processes - Serves as the Brand team’s single point of contact for managing licenses and ongoing maintenance for the organization’s project management tool – Clarizen. Supports the Creative Director and Account Management team by pulling reports to measure progress, on-time delivery and opportunities for process and workflow improvement
Budget and vendor coordination – responsible for managing vendor relationships and assisting department supervisor with budgets
Ad Hoc operations projects – Leads short-term projects related to improving operations
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline required
Detail-oriented with a high proficiency for quality control
Finance experience / managing budgets
Stellar communications skills – able to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization, including executives and clients
Tech savvy – not afraid to learn and roll-out new functionality/features associated with Clarizen project management tool
Experience working with creative professionals (writers, art directors, designers)
Self-starter who is proactive with identifying opportunities and solving problems
Agency experience and/or familiar with media trafficking processes
Experience managing a project management tool
