The Modern Computing Solutions Group is working diligently to create new and modern solutions for our customers at the edge of computing (MCSG).
As we develop new technologies and capabilities, we too will build net new offers across multiple orgs to offer to our expansive, global market varying in size and vertical and customer.
The Product Marketing Operations Advisor drives and manages the extensive and dynamic operational needs of the Product Marketing team; enabling the greater marketing team to run efficiently, and scaling our operations as the team grows larger. This position reports into the Product Marketing Director and will be working most closely with the team lead for the Product Marketing Managers. The Product Marketing Operations Advisor is a highly collaborative position that plays a central role within the department and company, with the following core responsibilities: Align and optimize all processes, from roadmap to data reporting to strategy implementation, in order to build a foundation that reinforces and supports marketing efforts, and makes it easier to achieve goals by implementing systems to ensure the marketing team is best equipped to succeed at their jobs. Marketing operations strategy and management will create the framework for how marketing ops and teams do their jobs, thinking about the problems the marketing ops team needs to solve. This management will make strategic decisions on marketing activities and develop an optimized strategy that dictates beginning to end processes that will contribute to success.

Consistently evaluate department and cross functional operational processes to identify areas of optimization and streamlining.
Launch readiness tracking and Ops liaison.
Manage the sales training calendar focused on the 'direct forums':
Product Councils (NA, LatAM, EMEA, APJ, GC)
CT weekly calls (NA/EMEA, EMEA, and APJ)
Insights manager for above forums (feedback, actions, stalled, completed)
Establish a new forum with PLM WW, or integrate with the existing forums
Staff meeting agenda/speakers
Run Brown Bag lunch and learns to cross train on our product portfolio
Budget alignment lead and lead processing of spend in internal systems.
RFI inputs (leverage Evangelist lead, and PMMs, Tech marketing for inputs/review etc.)
Input brief manager
Highly organized and process-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively across diverse departments and cross-functional teams.
Strong presentation skills
Maintain the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing demands and priorities.
Strong management, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Be a detailed communicator with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and tracking systems and maintain persistent attention to detail.

College level with 3+ years of experience in a relevant field/sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with aptitude to grasp new programs quickly
Ability to create compelling story arcs that convey the value of complex technologies in concise business terms
Ability to translate complex data sets and research into actionable insights and campaigns
Proactive communicator with strong analytical skills
Strong business acumen and decision-making ability
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Passion for writing, creating presentations and developing other materials
Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership, sales and product management to enable their respective successes
Proven project management skills and the ability deliver sales tools and required content
