The Dell Digital Way is the process part of that effort.Path2 Pivotal is a large Dell Digital designed d to help improve portfolio governance, agile adoption, change how we budget for projects, shift delivery focus to capabilities, standardize in Team Foundation Server (TFS) at https://inside.dell.com/community/active/itatemc/tfs tool and introduce other Dell Digital process changes in FY20. Be the Champion of Pivotal & TFS adoption for the team and drive the use TFS as our application lifecycle system in order to manage IT projects in a way that focuses our attention on business outcomes and increased business partner involvement instead of project management metrics like on-time start, actual vs planned hours, actual vs planned spend
TFS Champion, lead & drive TFS adoption across the team. Understands different methodologies (Waterfall, Incremental, Agile, SAFe…), when and how to implement. Drive consistency across the various Scrum Teams and other complimentary delivery teams.
Able to work with different governance models, GPMO and steering committees, steering committees & serve as the main interfaces with Project Managers, PMO, Governance team for all demands
Ensures consistency and adherence to Dell standards, processes, and policies for all projects. Governance: Tracks organization tasks to completion (examples: app retirement, compliance training completion, PKEs, MAPS, own SharePoint and guarantee is organized and updated)
Work closely with the Strategist to help adhere to the organization’s budget. Versed in deliverable and benefits delivery cycles
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years IT experience
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development life-cycle principles
Prior experience in leading high value, complex IT programs and projects in an agile environment
Ability to work effectively with multiple layers of the organization (experience working with / supporting executives is crucial) & operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities
Proven track record in collaborating across organizational and cultural boundaries & ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational, planning, and program management skills. Acted as change agent & attention to detail. Results-driven and accountability-minded
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
PMP certified desirable
Certified Scrum Master desirable
SAFe certification desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills
DevOps experience a plus as it is a key part of our process
