Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focuses on delivering a positive federal partner experience

  • Manage and resolve case management escalations specific to federal partner program

  • Maintains fed channel account ecosystem as it relates to partner customer numbers, account mappings, distribution customer numbers, accounts mappings

  • Account structures and APID/UCID mappings and attributes across Dell and EMC tools

  • Leverages channel data ecosystem to create standard reports and business insights for Fed

  • Deal registration metrics & analytics

  • Contract/Purchasing Vehicle tracking & reporting (partner finder)

  • Provide support to cross functional teams (onboarding, data steward, Regional Sales Planner, finance and FBE/Siebel) as it relates to fed channel activity

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years related experience; OR 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; OR 3+ years with a Master’s degree

  • Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions

  • Project management skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally, including sales and sales leadership

  • Understanding of business environment and cross-functional skills

  • Understanding of key sales and management reporting tools

  • Financial and analytical experience

  • Strong organizational, planning and computer skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Data analysis skills. Ability to draw key insights from large amounts of data

  • Familiar with Dell and EMC SFDC reporting

  • Familiar with Dell EMC Partner Program and Fed Partner Program

  • Familiar with reporting systems and data mining tools (Excel, D3, BMS/Tableau, Teradata, etc.)

  • Familiar with Partner case management

  • Customer facing consulting experience preferred
