Dell EMC Education Services provides technical and functional training and certification to key stakeholders (Consulting Services, Support and Deploy Services, Managed Services...) and their partners. Engaging and enabling those stakeholders in a simple and consistent fashion is a key success factor moving forward. This position, reporting the leader of Stakeholder Enablement, will focus on establishing, managing and maintaining a consistent "run book" for how we engage and enable our key stakeholders. The role will help to translate strategic priorities and goals into the process, tools and artifacts to support the day-to-day operations of Stakeholder Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage and maintain operational run book, including artifacts like presentation and document templates

  • Program manage quarterly and annual business planning, including budget and external expenses

  • Program manage daily operations and communications for the function

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in project/program management within a corporate environment

  • Proven ability to translate business strategy and objectives into tactical plans and communications

  • Strong communications skills, including presentation development via MS PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's degree

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience supporting corporate education and/or enablement functions/programs

  • Experience supporting Dell's Consulting, Support & Deploy or Managed Services businesses/stakeholders

  • Master's degree in Business Administration
