Modern Computing Solutions Group delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. You will guide teams through iterations to deliver high-value software, where you will:

• Coach / Mentor the team and organization on Agile and Lean practices as defined by Dell custom practices and help teams scale the practices

• Provide training to teams including role specific trainings and situational coaching / training based on need.

• Proactively recognize and address impediments

• Coach 15+ teams for continuous improvement at a sustainable pace for the organization

• Coach teams and leaders to help create an environment for teams to learn, practice agile and mature.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate transparently

• Evolve Dell’s Agile best practices and influence across team to help teams mature their practices

• Understand teams’ practices by shadowing rituals, extract the necessary metrics from Jira and other sources on a regular basis to understand the state of practices

• Proactively monitor Agile Maturity of teams by tracking the right KPI and metrics that are needed by teams and organization to increase Agile practices maturity of teams and share the progress with teams and leadership

• Facilitate timely delivery through effective team collaboration, dependency management decision making, and conflict resolution

• Deliver hands-on coaching of individual teams in all aspects of Scrum and Kanban

You have a unique combination of skills, experience and mindset, including:

• Highly-motivated, team player energized by a fast-paced work environment

• Experience migrating a team from traditional waterfall delivery to Agile (Agile boot-up), understand the practices, rationale and coach teams towards implementing the practices and help influence adapting the practices

• Solid SAFe Experience

• Setup Road-mapping, Release Planning, Iterative Planning/Continuous Planning practices in the enterprise

• Minimum of five years serving as an Agile Coach in an Enterprise – worked with software development teams that was diligently applying Agile and Lean principles, practices

• Experience in applying appropriate Agile and Lean patterns, techniques, and metrics

• Continuous Integration and/or Continuous Deployment practices, tools and techniques

• Setup Road-mapping, Release Planning, Iterative Planning/Continuous Planning practices in the enterprise

• Possess Deep Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Confluence

• Collaborate with other coaches across geographies to ensure consistency in practices is established and maintained as required by Dell

• Strong servant leadership skills - facilitation, collaboration, effective listening, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence

• Agile mindset of continual improvement, stewardship, and empowerment

Essential Requirements

• Expert level Agile coaching experience (5+ yrs) that includes exposure to different enterprise ecosystems, cross-functional interactions

• Strong coaching experience adopting SAFe practices

• Solid & Hands-on experience setting up Release Planning and scaling to Enterprise Agile and with tools like Jira including creating Dashboards as needed for teams, leadership

• Have Software domain background in Development / Testing / Product Management

• Solid Influencing skills to influence leaders and teams to adopt agile practices

• Expert level facilitation skills to design, build and evolve practices –conducting workshops, retrospectives, building

• Ability to monitor teams’ agility, identify, create and deliver trainings / other sessions as needed to raise the agile maturity of teams

• Role model Agile values & exhibit passion for doing Agile right
