What you’ll achieve

In this role, your work will be key in shaping the Applied Science-AI/ML roadmap. This team is responsible for developing next gen innovative AI/ML products & solutions in Services, aimed at improving customer experience and revenue generation, at scale.

As AI/ML Product Manager (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Product Manager), you will identify new growth areas, technologies, and emerging opportunities within the services organization. You will conduct in-depth analysis to optimize existing process and build next generation solutions, partnering closely with the IT, Process Engineering, Operations & Data Science teams.

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience), or 5+ years with a Master’s – Experience to include:

  • Experience in defining long-term product strategy and vision for AI/ML based solutions; and experience (Academic/Industry) in AI/ML

  • Experience in and understanding of AI/ML & Data Science concepts (NLP, Deep Learning)

  • Background including business and entrepreneurial acumen, experience applying strategic and critical thinking, and with Agile Concepts (Scrums, Kanban)

  • Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope and scheduling and deploying new feature sets; including experience in communicating requirements using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize decision-making, and Exposure to Project Management tools like JIRA, Confluence

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience building solutions/production from Ideation to Adoption

  • 3- 6 years dedicated experience in Product Management
