Dell’s Premier Online e-commerce team is hiring an analytics Sr Advisor to be part of the analytics team focused on the development and optimization of Dell’s Commercial Online Experience applications as well as the meeting the financial objectives of the online platform. This role drives analysis to influence the ongoing run-the-business programs and usage of the applications. The role focuses on merchandising and usage of Dell’s Premier Site, Global Portal and EDI/ERP integrations.

They manage the development, implementation and coordination of cutting-edge internet marketing strategies while driving merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion and consideration. The team also leads on campaign management, product launch, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzes online customer behavior and online business performance, designing and developing new and innovative analytics methods

  • Uses analytics tools such as Clickstream Analysis, SiteCatalyst, Discover, and Insights to conduct analysis

  • Provides actionable recommendations on how to optimize the online business

  • Defines and manages an analytics roadmap

  • Executes online analytics and provides bi-weekly progress updates

  • Helps present findings to key stakeholders

  • Proactively introduce new ideas for client initiatives;

  • Establish relationship with key business partners or Point of Contacts to accelerate issues fix;

  • Leverage team works or cross functional collaboration to improve customer experience;

  • Contribute to improve Process and reduce overall issues;

  • Conduct research to identify Web sites and online influencers for improvement;

  • Develop and manage online strategic partnerships for client projects

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least two of those in a marketing/sales capacity or related field

  • Bachelors degree required/MBA in Business or related field preferred

  • Analytical knowledge

  • Strong background in Digital analytics, with proven abilities to be innovative and creative

  • Strong collaborator and communicator

  • Expertise in analytical problem-solving techniques and frameworks and the ability to deal with large volumes of data

  • Experience of working on solving complex analytical problems and should be comfortable with analytical tools

  • Executive presentation skills and the ability to “think on your feet” are a must
