What you’ll achieve
As a Business Operations leader you will be a highly visible member of the Dell Technologies Telco Systems Business (TSB) engineering team. You will be thought partner and trusted advisor for Executives across TSB to manage our rapidly growing business. A strong candidate will work at both a strategic and operational level to clarify priorities, establish business visibility and enable strong executive decision making. You will achieve this by collaborating across key stakeholders from across Dell.
This position requires extensive cross-group coordination, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to formulate issues and recommendations clearly. Attention to detail, project management skills, and a highly organized, process-focused mind are required to manage executive priorities and deliverables. You will challenge the status quo and lead teams to work and think differently. You will be responsible for operationalizing large, highly complex programs and articulating deliverables and expectations to direct and extended team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Clarify team’s operational priorities in partnership with the various executives in different functions like Engineering, Marketing, Product Management and Sales.
Design and manage the teams’ internal execution forums & cross-disciplinary interlocks.
Develop ad hoc analysis to clarify product roadmap/business questions and improve decision making. Drive special projects including annual strategic planning and reviews with the GM/ Divisional President.
Help coordinate business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success.
Drive business transformation initiatives to align the BU/company processes and capabilities with the BU strategy.

Communications - Strong written, power point and verbal communications skills.
Business Management – manage consistent execution of monthly business processes. Structured problem solving – disaggregate complex problems, drive analysis to understand root causes and propose solutions.
Project Management – lead key engineering operations initiatives, frequently operating between Agile SW Dev processes & corporate operational cadence.
Organizational skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to consolidate and integrate a wide range of inputs.
Collaboration - Work collaboratively in complex cross functional environments. Technical Knowledge – Domain experience in agile SW development environment or capacity to quickly acquire knowledge.
Business Intelligence/ Reporting – Ability to define key business metrics with required analysis & reporting. Strong data-driven analytical skills. Fluency in applying tools & frameworks like Business Objects, Tableau, SmartSheet, Aha! & Jira a plus.
Demonstrated portfolio of relevant accomplishments in a technology or management consulting company
