Dell’s Benefits team is seeking an experienced program manager with excellent project management and communications skills to help accelerate our work in building a leading-edge team member experience. The goal: improve team members’ perception of and engagement with their Total Rewards package. In this role, your efforts will help ensure team members understand and embrace their compensation and benefits offering. You will join an established team of global and U.S. benefits and compensation professionals, working closely with them as well as HR, Marketing, Brand and other internal Dell Technology teams. You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement through governance and tracking protocols along with best practices. You will collaborate on process optimization and support the team with various project management needs related to team member outreach and engagement tactics.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your efforts will help ensure team members understand and embrace their compensation and benefits offering. You will join an established team of global and U.S. benefits and compensation professionals, working closely with them as well as HR, Marketing, Brand and other internal Dell Technology teams. You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement through governance and tracking protocols along with best practices. You will collaborate on process optimization and support the team with various project management needs related to team member outreach and engagement tactics.

  • Project manage many concurrent deliverables that support our global benefits and total rewards strategy, keeping activities on track across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. May include program launches, governance and tracking protocols, team member outreach, leader and business partner outreach and support, as well as program testing and optimization – all focused on ensuring team member awareness and engagement.

  • Partner with vendors to facilitate creation of collateral, measure campaign effectiveness, report out on performance and share insights, lessons and best practices – act as brand liaison to ensure program compliance and balance between corporate guidelines and a compelling team member experience

  • Own and ensure compliance with our benefits style and messaging guidelines through governance and tracking protocols. Work independently and with extended team members to understand team member sentiment and provide insights on how to use that sentiment to create clear, concise and relevant program outreach tactics.

  • Use data findings to assist in telling compelling stories and driving innovative content that connects team members to our purpose and strategy while maintaining a holistic perspective to connect dots between programs activities and communications across HR in ways that support a cohesive employee experience and drive engagement

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent project management skills with experience in driving governance and managing vendors

  • Excellence in process development and management with a high level of competence in writing and editing

  • Excellent relationship building, collaboration, leadership and interpersonal skills with experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels and a track record of staying on top of project status and resources.

  • Strong business and technical acumen with experience in design-based thinking methods to connect business needs with audience preferences in order to create compelling stories that resonate.

Desirable Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of program management and implementation experience, preferably related to employee engagement and within a large, matrixed organization

  • Experience with marketing, creative agency or internal / HR communications preferred
