OSS Partner Management, Business Strategy and Business Development Consultant
The primary roles and responsibilities of this position include:
Functioning as (1) a Partner Manager, (2) a Business Strategist, and (3) a Business Development Consultant within Operations Shared Services (OSS) in support of the End User Computing (EUC) business.
Providing “Subject Matter Expertise” (SME) support for key stakeholders and internal Customers, including but not limited to EUC Solutioning, Service Delivery,
Project Management, Partner Management, Global Procurement, Legal, HR, and external service delivery Partners.
The ability to build relationships through collaboration and participation in staff meetings with key stakeholder teams including EUC Solutioning, Service Delivery, Project Management, Partner Management, Global Procurement, Legal and HR.
Helping to drive the transformation of the EUC business by engaging and participating in EUC Strategy and Business Development opportunities such as the EUC Services Standardization Initiative, Partner Reduction initiative, and Customer Experience reviews.
Driving Proactive PMO Enablement by:
Taking ProActive vs Reactive measures with the PMO to better manage the business, Identifying and resolving operational and program “Pain Points”, Freeing up PMO “task time” through process automation and or improvement, Improving Service Delivery Escalation Management by documenting, tracking, and trending ProDeploy For Client escalations as they relate to Partner Operations
Functioning as the OSS Team Liaison between EUC Service Delivery and EUC Partner Management
GSD Partner Communications (Internal & External operational programs / training programs)
Support GSD Service Tower Partner Strategies.
Partner Lifecycle Governance – Sales and Business driven vetting, on-boarding, and off-boarding
Provide notifications and recommendations to EUC Stakeholders
Drive RFI/RFP Activities – Business Driven
Escalation Management including “Second level” and “operational” escalations
Report results of Partner Audits and Reviews to EUC Stakeholders as appropriate
Helping to grow our overall business by helping to grow the our “ProDeploy for Client” business by maintaining, managing, and communicating the ProDeploy for Client metrics, sustaining Monthly Operations Reviews with Partners, and improving Escalation Management.
