The role includes requirements elicitation, evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements. Operates as a liaison between development teams and the appropriate end-user department. Understands the business implications of technical solutions, and assists in defining and documenting the technology solutions to support any future business needs.
Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
Conduct regular Product Model maturity assessments with the Product team to iterate upon Product objectives, goals, strategies & measures
Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions
Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control
Works with the business users to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing In upgrades, monitors production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users
Proven ability to facilitate solicitation of complete and accurate business/system requirements, with experience in as-is and to-be process mapping and gap analysis.
Experience of Agile methodology & Product Owner or Product Manager role
Assist Development and Support teams with identification of key performance metrics for this solution space. Use these to find re-engineering/continuous improvement opportunities.
A background in understanding E2E Supply Chain Processes, Factory and ODM is desired
12+ years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline ; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree
Experience in Project Management – PMP Certification
Experience in Agile/SCRUM Methodology – CSPO Certification
Exposure to Microsoft TFS and Release Planning
