Join the North Star Program Management team and help fuel the transformation of Dell Technologies. Our team provides a critical strategic bridge between IT and the business ensuring that programs are optimized with max capability value and business enablement coordination. Our team plays a key role in providing an E2E view of managing all IT interlocks and connecting the dots holistically to support transformation programs.
About Business Unit:
Dell's Digital Enterprise Services organization, Product Master Data Management, Content & Search (PCS) team is hiring a Technical Project Manager - to deliver on initiatives for our global cross segment customers. Responsibilities will include coordinating functional team activities, daily stand ups, managing requirements and providing technical and process guidance. PCS IT team is an essential part of the Dell Commerce Platform team - building solutions that allows our customers to deliver on Dell's current and transformational initiatives. You will play a defining role in the continuing evolution of Dell’s Product Master Data Management, Content & Search transformation.
This marketing strategist will help lead an effort to ensure strong effective, re-enforceable and memorable communication is delivered across IT and Business at Dell Technologies to provide awareness and visibility of the progress and achievements of the team. Communication is a challenge for any large organization and when its done right people can understand what is happening and why; critical for the overall success of the team.
Strong Brand Marketing and Product Marketing background
Strategic experience with messaging and communications
Strong initiative and a self starter
Possesses an ability to drive strategy E2E to drive delivery.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and can solve problems with command skills
IT background in product and program management with strong organizational skills
Experience working with business teams and translation IT speak into laymen terms for a broader audience to understand
Ability to document plans and establish schedule to achieve key marketing milestones
Have depth and width of decision making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results
Ability to manage and influence team members without direct reporting authority
Typically requires 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
