Content Transparency Lead

Our Global Campaigns team guides the creation of advertising and external marketing activities by both internal teams and other companies. As part of the Global Campaigns team, you will coordinate resources and deployment while making sure all our marketing efforts go smoothly.

What you’ll achieve

As someone who has a passion for great content, you’re always striving to get the best out of the content that is being created by leveraging data to provide actionable insights into what we are and what we should be building. You are naturally collaborative in how you bring that information to life in order to influence our stakeholder group and bring a strong POV to the table on how we can improve our content planning, management and measurement processes across the B2B organization.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Standing up and leading the campaign content council for PBUs and other content creators across Dell Technologies​ for B2B content so we can jointly plan and share best practices.

  • Evaluating, recommending and evangelizing content management tools and processes to create content transparency across B2B stakeholders

  • Hosting regular interlocks to connect on content that’s in development, highlight any relevant campaign priorities and share any conversation gaps or best practices insights from field marketing results.​

  • Educating content creators on requirements for global campaign content​ based upon data driven insights.

  • ​Creating a learning path for campaign content strategy in the Learning Studio​ so we can enable content creators at scale.

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a content marketing role and working with content management tools.

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing

  • Proven ability in organizational change management and in driving process change.

  • Familiarity with B2B customer journey mapping and optimizing content

Desirable Requirements

  • Candidate must be organized, enthusiastic, results oriented, innovative and able to deal with ambiguity and tight deadlines while working effectively in a team environment

  • Able to engage effectively at the executive level to drive change and transformation in our current status quo.
