The Cyber security Domain Architect will join the Dell Cyber security organization as a member of the Security Infrastructure/Architecture team. The Cyber security Infrastructure Teams mission is to deliver round the clock enterprise Cybersecurity infrastructure services and capabilities in an agile, yet risk governed manner aligned to Cyber security strategy, to protect Dell against both current and emerging threats.
The domain architect has responsibility for providing thought leadership across several security technology areas and aligning with both the business and cybersecurity objectives. Thecandidatewill be expected to contribute to initiatives across Cybersecurity, and work as a member of a larger team that focuses on priority driven items which change based on need:
-Secures enterprise information by determiningsecurity requirements; planning, implementing, and testingsecurity systems; preparingsecuritystandards, policies, and procedures; mentoring team members.

Decisions are strategic in nature, have long-term consequence, and tend to relate to business strategy, financial performance and effective resource
12+ years experience leading large scale, global programs, contributing to corporations success
Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree
Identify and design endpoint security solutions
Determines security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; researching information security standards; studying architecture/platform; identifying integration issues; preparing cost estimates
Plans security systems by evaluating network and security technologies; developing requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related security and network devices; designs public key infrastructures (PKIs), including use of certification authorities (CAs) and digital signatures as well as hardware and software; adhering to industry standards
Contribute to security policy, standards, and guidelines related to endpoint security
Provide subject matter expertise over endpoint access controls and endpoint security orchestration
Create architectural diagrams, project plans, and presentations for proposals
Act as a leader and mentor for less senior engineering staff and work with team management to implement career development through engineering assignments
Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals
Ensures understanding of technical matters by non-technical, executive decision makers
Develops mutually beneficial strategic alliances with customers
Advices and councils key leadership on the latest principles, practices, and/or technologies and their practical application
