We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Channel Services Experience team is looking for an Information Technology Project Manager. Our team is growing and we need a motivated individual to support a variety of initiatives (both new and already in progress).

  • Create and manage project schedules based on key deliverables for owned projects

  • Work cross-functionally with global core teams and provide timely inputs for larger transformational initiatives

  • Verifies results by conducting system audits post launch

  • Works hand in hand with the Channel Services Helpdesk on Partner Tool Escalations

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate with have experience with some or all of the following:

  • Highly motivated, junior or future leader, willing to take on challenges with unclear objectives at times.

  • Technical aptitude to quickly understand a business challenge, translate into a requirements document, and work with Dell IT to get it done.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) from a project management perspective. Does not need to know hard coding but able to interface with the development teams.

  • Experience with SharePoint. Able to design, build, edit medium complexity sites.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Desirable Requirements

  • Able to build a business case presentation and present to senior leaders effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Familiar with Dell's internal databases.

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience.
