What you’ll achieve
We can’t wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Digital Integration Strategic Consultant on our Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) + Digital Marketing Operations team. As the Digital Integration Strategic Consultant, you are tasked with driving the multi-year strategic vision and design of the large scale and complex initiative to simplify the Dell Digital Ecosystem through website consolidation of dell.com and delltechnologies.com. You will be tasked with increasing and improving the digital presence of our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Cloud businesses by working and collaborating with teams across all parts of the company. Within the role you will guide transformational digital change to Dell’s web presence by collaborating with experience managers, content strategists, UX designers, SEO experts and IT to define and create the best-informed experience, considering our customer first.
What You will Achieve:
Driving the strategic vision and requirements for business outcomes by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives
Analyzing, validating, verifying, prioritizing and managing the real needs of the various stakeholders across the Dell organization
Examining progress to ensure plans, designs and journey development are in line with strategic vision and take a customer-centric approach
Communicating the strategic vision and value propositions
Managing the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues
Planning and executing project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team member

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of business experience defining and executing strategies
5+ years of experience across the digital spectrum (digital strategy, e-commerce, mobile, social media, digital marketing, SEO)
Strong web / e-commerce experience. and ideally have experienced a platform transition
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present at the executive level through both thoughtful approach and clear, well created presentation aids (in PowerPoint and/ or other formats)
Implemented user-centered design principles to build dynamic customer experiences
Ability to influence stakeholders constructively provide alternate opinions to peers or people more senior
Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to influence decision makers; able to operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Previous experience working within Agile workstreams, writing business requirements and user stories
Experience in business case development, marketing, planning, implementation, operation, and management of digital and mobile initiatives
