Digital Services Delivery Consultant – U.S. (Remote)

Join us as a Digital Services Delivery Consultant in our CSG Digital Services Delivery organization in the U.S. (remote) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As a Digital Services Delivery Consultant, you will lead the organization’s Annual Operating Plan with respect to Shift Left programs leveraging our Online platforms, in partnership with eSupport. The role will be key in enabling the achievement of our Unassisted and Augmented case mix targets, thereby allowing the organization to scale financially. You will be responsible to identify improvement opportunities and deliver those by leading large cross-functional teams and influencing key decision makers at the executive level to drive our digital transformation agenda.

You will:

  • Shift customer interactions from traditional, assisted channels to augmented & unassisted, digital channels and mitigate the number of failovers that occur

  • Optimize positioning, consumption, and effectiveness of self-help and self-service capabilities across Dell-owned properties and third-party platforms

  • Advocate a ‘Digital First’ ecosystem, prioritizing our digital capabilities as the first point of engagement for customer journeys to support

  • Influence key cross-functional stakeholders and obtain executive buy-in to endorse and prioritize CSG business requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Pragmatic thought leader who contributes new ideas and owns them from conception through implementation

  • Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills, who can influence at the executive level to achieve results

  • Analytical mindset who enjoys transforming data to wisdom, insights to actions and can clearly articulate business and customer value

  • Experience managing projects and programs that involve large cross-functional teams spanning multiple time zones

  • High attention to detail in developing executive-level presentations, including facts & alternatives, risk assessments & cost benefit analysis

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
