What you’ll achieve
As a Directorin the DFS Digital Domain, you will lead andmanage the Customer and Credit Management suite of Product Lines, withmultiple product teams under each product line, enabling anend to enduser outcome. You will workclosely with the other Experience and ProductLine leaders acrossthe DFS Digitalorganization to drive delivery ofthe Global Customer Management Transformationand technology north star. You will be working with multiple business partnersand external consulting teamsacrossDFSto achieveabetter customer experience.
Assumesa lead role within a major projecttodirect project approach, system scope, resource allotment and budget planningto create product roadmapsthat delivercomplex businessoutcomes.
Developsand maintainscollaborativerelationships withinternal and externalstakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators.
Participateswith other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.
Leadsteam of product line and engineering line leaders, and cross product leads to provide a seamless customer experience.
Leads process improvement initiatives in addition to managing day to day project execution.
Acts as a creative thinker who can enable the team to think outside the box to make difficult trade-off decisions on features,functionalitiesandroadmaps.
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Organizesintra- and inter-organizational activities ensuring completion of the producttransformation projectson schedule and within budget constraints.
Strong communication and large-scale leadership skills, particularly strong in communicating between business and technology teams.
Relevant experience inlarge-scaleengineering and product managementteamsand transformation skills to enhance customer/ userexperience.
Ability to influence a wide variety of stakeholders,including executives,in order toclear roadblocks across multiple teams.
Proficient in User Centered Design with an understanding of the product model and Extreme Programming, and Lean concepts.
UnderstandDell and DFS Digital Transformational Strategyand be able to build actionable plans and prioritize and categorize in complex and highly matrixed environment.
Education & Experience
15+ years of relevant experience in technical environment(s) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
7+ years’experience in leadership, planning, communication.
