You are tasked with driving the strategic vision and design of a large-scale and complex initiative to simplify the Dell Digital Ecosystem, working and collaborating with teams across all parts of the company and setting the strategic vision for Dell’s eCommerce approach globally. Within the role you will guide transformational digital change to Dell’s web presence by collaborating with experience managers, content strategists, UX designers, SEO experts, and IT to define and create the best-informed experience, considering our customer first.

This role will report in to the Director, Customer Engagement Platform + Digital Marketing Operations.

You will:

  • Drive the strategic vision and requirements for business outcomes by working with the project team to define, sequence, and estimate the duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives

  • Analyze, validate, verify, prioritize and manage the real needs of the various stakeholders across the Dell organization

  • Analyze progress to ensure plans, designs and journey development are in line with strategic vision and take a customer-centric approach

  • Communicate the strategic vision and value propositions, manage cross-functional resources, guide project team members, and keep our leadership team updated on the program status and risk factors

  • Manage the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues

  • Plan and execute project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members

Essential Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of business experience defining and executing strategies

  • 5+ years of experience across the digital spectrum (digital strategy, e-commerce, mobile, social media, digital marketing, SEO)

  • Demonstrated experience in business case development, marketing, planning, implementation, operation, and management of digital and mobile initiatives

  • Implemented user-centered design principles to build dynamic customer experiences

  • Strong executive presence, good communicator, ability to constructively provide alternate opinions to peers or people more senior

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to influence decision-makers; able to operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience working within Agile workstreams, writing business requirements and user stories
