What you’ll achieve

We are looking for a highly motivated and autonomous person to join the team as an Online Sales Manager within our ISG/servers business.  This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of order code and configuration lineup for thousands of products, across Small Business and Commercial product lines.

This person will be tasked with delivering a high degree of output quality through critical problem-solving skills in a highly ambiguous and fluid environment.  It is important that the candidate for this role be comfortable with process improvements, have an excellent attention to detail, and can successfully interact with people at many different levels in the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of sales effectiveness, with a strong foundation of effective marketing communications within B2C framework. Additionally, robust attention to detail, autonomy, and problem solving of highly technical issues is critical.  We are looking for a strong team player with a positive, energetic and "can-do" attitude.

You will:

  • Serve as a ISG/Servers Online Sales Manager, for Dell.com US Small Business Online

  • Maximize sales performance of key servers, through data-driven site merchandising

  • Work closely with product line managers, S&P merchandising and PG teams to understand the product ecosystem of your categories, to determine effective online placement

  • Act as key participants in seasonal campaign launches on Dell.com.

  • Troubleshooting issues on dell.com, and working with regional IT leads to quickly rectify any issues

  • Partner to develop the future strategy and online view of your product line

Essential Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of the Online/eCommerce with excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Passion for E-Commerce, and learning about E-Tail

  • Experience with Data Analytics Tools (Adobe Sitecatalyst, Power BI etc.) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • BA with 1-5 years of relevant e-commerce experience required

Desirable Requirements

  • Strong organizational agility and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, quickly and thoroughly under multiple deadlines

  • B2C sales experience preferred.

  • MBA with 5-10 years of relevant e-commerce experience preferred
