Dell End User Computing Deployment Program Management Senior Consultant - Round Rock, TX in Round Rock, Texas

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple business inputs and road-maps across multiple teams (Global Deployment, Global Process Engineering, Services Product Group, Finance)

  • Lead and coordinate the monthly executive steering committee meeting for EUC Deployment Services

  • Lead workshops to brainstorm business scenarios, and identify the direction, investments and next steps to transform the EUC business

  • Establish governance that facilitates adherence to the future vision ('North Star') of the business

  • Drive and articulate business transformation to automate and standardize the deployment business

  • Owns, coordinates and presents the business Foundational content to the Support and Deployment Services president

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a master's degree, or 5+ years with a PhD

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and processes

  • Program/project management and governance experience

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Ability to effectively interact and present to key Dell executives

Desirable Requirements

  • PMP Certification

  • Functioning understanding of services tools and technology

  • Knowledge of deployment services
