This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, organized and outgoing marketing individual with a passion for delivering world-class events. Supporting to deliver events to drive customer engagement, this role provides scope for strong cross-organization interfaces, networking and fast paced knowledge and career development. You will play a pivotal role in the Dell Technologies Forums by working closely with a small team and arming the marketing and sales teams with the information needed to support their customers to embrace Digital Transformation with support from the worlds broadest and best End to End IT Hardware, Software and Services Portfolio all in one place.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Dell Technologies Forums in the United States and Canada working closely with Sales, Segment Marketing teams, and cross functional organizations to develop and implement events which deliver tangible results such as pipeline, revenue conversion and world-class events experience.


  • In-depth understanding of events and event planning and how to tie those to company and business goals, customer requirements, and knowledge of competitor practices

  • Delivering events on time, within budget, delivering projects efficiently

  • Development, production and delivery of events from proposal through to conclusion

  • Drive projects, manage vendor engagements, coordinate and supervise full event activation

  • Support the investigation, selection, negotiation and management of services with vendors including event management, booth design, catering, staffing and general event support

  • When required, researches available venues and recommends event sites

  • When required arranges event space, hotels, equipment rental and delivery, setup and dismantling of event

  • Engages with event partners to ensure communicative and seamless execution of activation

  • Proposes and tracks budgets, forecasts and compiles summaries of total event costs, audience profiles, attendee comments and event ROI

  • Uses creativity to ideate with team to identify opportunities to maximize impact, surprise and delight for all attendees

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience or 5-7 years of experience in a similar role is required
