Customer Experience Design Lead

Level: I10 Sr. Consultant

This opportunity is for an influential individual to join Dell Technologies’ CCO (Chief Customer Officer) Commercial team to lead a cutting-edge customer experience initiative. We are looking for a game changer with a customer passion!


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design CX Accelerate Academy. CX Accelerate Academy is an innovative design thinking program that teaches new skills and tools, and its participants apply them to solve existing cross-functional problems from end-to-end.

  • Stand up and manage sustainable and scalable governance structure for CX Accelerate.

  • Identify and escalate risks / barriers and manage risk resolution.

  • Engage with CX Accelerate participants in weekly team meetings and ad hoc touchpoints to drive solutions forward, including partnerships to complete deliverables and activities.

  • Support alignment and prioritization activities, as needed, to help CX Accelerate participants manage solution pipelines and scope.

  • Develop stakeholder maps by team and segment stakeholders for targeted communication and engagement activities to gain buy-in and support.

  • Collect and analyze data and feedback to present out to senior leadership via reports, presentations, and memos as needed.

  • Facilitate opportunities to share achievements of program in diverse forums.

  • Participate in/Facilitate Programs Challenges.

  • Help individuals and teams flex their creativity and innovation muscles

  • Champion customer experience to drive customer focus transformation across Dell. Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • MBA preferred

  • Human Center Design, Design Thinking, Agile and Lean Methodologies Experience:

  • 5+ years of prior work experience required.

  • Knowledge and experience with CX methodologies (e.g. customer journey mapping, design thinking, customer analytics, etc.) required.

  • Customer facing experience required. Sales, consulting, or customer operations preferred.

  • Executive Presence

  • Excellent project management and attention to detail needed

  • Excellent verbal, written and conversational skills, especially storytelling

  • Excellent problem solving skills (structuring, quantitative, and conceptual)

  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point required.
