Federal Services Program/Project Management Consultant

Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
As a Federal Services Program Management Consultant, you will drive awareness, readiness, and adoption in support of key business initiatives in Global Services. Working closely with the Federal team, you will lead programs supporting the Federal Services business, and enabling new capabilities for Federal customers.
You will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive program associated with our Federal services team, primarily focused on Services Governance
Analyze information and operations needs of Dell Technologies Services (DTS) stakeholders
Proactively gather content from subject matter experts and developing architectural, operational, and infrastructure points of view
Manage a program and operations review, approval and delivery cycle
Develop and deliver program deliverables for business readiness to the business and Federal customers

Essential Requirements
12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
10+ years of business transformation or organizational change management experience (OCM) in a large enterprise environment
Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills; persuasiveness in collaborating across a global, matrixed organization
Successful completion of one or more major strategic initiatives
Ability to form relationships at all levels across the organization
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to respond quickly and appropriately to changing priorities
Must be a US citizen
Desirable Requirements
- Excellent understanding of competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for Business Development
