Dell Global Digital Marketing Consultant – OEM Solutions in Round Rock, Texas

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you'll achieve

As the Global Digital Marketing Consultant, OEM Solutions, you'll play a key role in developing the digital marketing strategy for OEM as well as digital execution plans to support the Global OEM business. The OEM business is a critical route to the rapidly growing EDGE business. This role will be responsible for defining the omni channel digital plan, develop a content map to engage target audience through their journey and own and deliver the inbound demand gen plan. This role will work across the Dell Technologies digital teams to enable the OEM division with the digital tools, processes and operational support needed to execute digital programs. Build integrated marketing plans and work in partnership with regional teams to develop activation plans that deliver a full funnel impact – from awareness to demand gen. Manage digital activation of campaigns through full life cycle for optimal ROI on marketing spend.

You will:

  • Develop the omni channel digital marketing strategy for the OEM solutions business globally

  • Orchestrate journey maps for optimized customer engagement, with a deep understanding of Content Marketing, and data driven insight programs

  • Demand strategy to our owned assets across OEM Global Website and social media accounts

  • Deliver an optimized inbound demand led strategy to deliver highly qualified intent audiences

  • Build and own the digital foundations and operations to ensure our field marketing teams can easily leverage digital marketing strategies

  • Own, measure and report on the full spectrum of digital activity including paid media, social, web analytics and ensure all reporting is delivered to enable regional field marketers

  • Relationship with media vendors and coordination with OEM regional and core Dell teams in house driving media strategies

  • Enable regional digital marketing programs; Assist with the execution across digital marketing channel, including SEO/SEM, and Review/Comparison websites to ensure competitiveness

Essential Requirements

  • Seasoned B2B digital media marketing experience required with experience within the technology and aaS sector, experience developing and delivering always-on content as well as excellent Digital campaigns

  • Customer journey orchestration experience – connecting programs and technology to deliver a robust customer journey

  • The ability to work independently and get involved in campaigns and experiences from conception to delivery, adding value at every stage

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to Senior stakeholders, and stakeholders across a matrix organization

  • Experienced with analytics platforms like google analytics, and adobe insight manager, and comfortable developing business reviews and insights for the team

  • Social Media experience in an B2B environment and comfortable with running high performance organic social media programs

  • Tools: Sharepoint, Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation tools, Adobe Experience, LinkedIn Insights

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience; MBA Preferred
