What you’ll achieve
As the Global Messaging & Operations Program Manager you will work at the intersection of our subject matter experts, customer evangelists, executives, and sales teams, as we continuously evolve the way in which we bring Dell’s story to customers. You will be responsible for independently leading a variety of projects, aligning to themes such as messaging strategy, content development, speaker enablement, change management, application/platform management and reporting. As such, we are seeking someone who is energetic, versatile, and well versed in program management.
Continuously identify, define, and implement evolutionary changes to the Executive Briefing Program's messaging strategy, based on opportunities for continuous improvement
Work collaboratively with message leaders from across Dell Technologies marketing organizations, in support of our 'Outcome-based Briefing' model
Drive operational excellence and change management through the Executive Briefing Program's "Consultant" a community
Drive synergy with critical Executive Briefing Program platforms, such as SFDC, VisitOps, PowerBI, SQL Server, Automation Anywhere and Adobe Experience Manager
Assist with key stakeholder relationships to communicate the Executive Briefing Program's impact, as well as incremental opportunities
Facilitate 'Platinum-level' customer briefings to support the Executive Briefing Program's premier customer engagement tier

5+ years of experience in a similar role; or Program Manager role
Highly adaptive and eager to take initiative
Able to manage multiple projects at once with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively and influence across multiple teams
Program or project management experience
Technical aptitude for learning new tools
Sales, Consulting, and/or marketing experience in High Tech is a plus
Mix of analytical and creative skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
