Who keeps the Dell organization robust and resilient? It’s our team of HR Business Partners who consult with executive leaders on organization design and development in line with our overall business strategy. We work in partnership with business units and divisions to identify and address the root causes of human resource issues and ensure compliance with corporate policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consults and executes business strategy for function or region

  • Takes direction from Sr. HRBP through direct or matrix reporting relationship

  • Investigates employee relations issues that have reached escalation point Identifies any underlying issues and recommends solutions to client group and partners with ER where applicable

  • Becomes an integrated partner to business unit managers.

  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and influences line managers to make changes in organizational structure or processes as needed

  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of HR policies, regulations and practices and is familiar with operational issues relevant to client group

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
