Not even ground-breaking products sell themselves. That’s the job of our inside sales professionals. They take to market a product portfolio that includes PCs, electronics, accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software. Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against targets. Beyond day-to-day people management, our team also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of an area managing processes, programs and/or initiatives

  • Manages a staff of professional level team members or manages a team through lower- level supervisors

  • Defines roles/responsibilities & sets performance expectations. Manage to activity metrics

  • Plans for future needs & operations & establishes and influences operating policies

  • Impacts aspects of department or function results while managing related costs & methods

  • Work is guided by general policies and leadership guidance

  • Selects, leads, counsels and motivates teams and develops and communicates plans/ objectives to others

Essential Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 4-6 years leadership experience

  • Understands customer’s business environment from both industry and vertical perspective

  • Strong business, financial acumen and able to handle multiple projects

  • Responsible for tactical duties and driving mid/long-term objectives

  • Aligns and influences the team /peers to business initiatives

  • Develops team’s leadership capabilities
