We’re a global business – a multi-billion-dollar corporation. To stay strong and secure, it’s vital to have a robust audit and risk assessment of our financial and operational practices. That’s where our Internal Audit professionals come in. Preparing independent audit plans, conducting internal reviews and establishing audit criteria, they ensure full compliance with legislatively mandated initiatives including Sarbanes-Oxley. Auditing the activities of diverse departments, reporting the results to leadership and the Audit committee – and recommending controls if appropriate – this dedicated team makes sure that our organization is a fully compliant success.
Lead internal consulting engagements across Dell
Provide direction, guidance, and feedback to project teams of 4-6 people
Evaluate complex processes and business situations, identify solutions and opportunities for improvement
Conduct readouts to and build relationships with VP, SVP, & President level executives
Experience in Six Sigma and process improvement
Effective project management and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience/equivalent training
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Self-motivated and strong drive for results
Experience in risk assessment or control design
Diverse experience in a combination of roles within Dell and/or other large companies
