IT Program Management Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve

Successful candidates should have a combination of analytic skills, strong communication skills, leadership presence, and software project delivery experience.

• Lead teams through Transformation to deliver products in the Dell Digital Way

• Governance lead for annual roadmap planning and execution

• Governance POC for Business Process PMO leads

• Drive use and accuracy of Microsoft Azure DevOps for delivery portfolio management

• Implement process simplification, automation and improvements

Essential Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of related experience

• Proven working experience in project management

• Ability to work and lead through ambiguity

• Outstanding communication and influencing skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Analytical skills - ability to manage and understand detailed and macro information with ease

• Ability to collaborate with diverse project teams across the globe
