Coordinate and help drive strategy with Internal Dell Operations teams to ensure the efficient planning and fulfillment of Dell S&P Products within the Dell supply Chain.
Identify opportunities to streamline fulfillment processes to reduce waste and align to S&P’s strategy.
Manage North America and Canada Third Party order Fulfillment to include Hardware, Software and Customer fulfilled products delivered by Dell partners through a diverse nationwide network of fulfillment centers and vendor locations.
Work with internal Marketing and Procurement teams and help drive strategy that aligns with Dells market strategy and also help to reduce cost and complexity.
Manage a multi-regional team that includes Third Party and Dell S&P Supply Chain Managers, Backlog managers and Sales Support specialists.
Drive 3rd party supplier’s performance (LIFR, on-time ship, quality, lead-time, TAM)
Coordinate Distribution efforts and initiatives to improve fulfillment accuracy and Dell Customer experience to include, but not limited to Dell Perfect Order (POI) index.
Develop relationships with internal business partners and help drive mainstreaming efforts with the Dell branded business.
Confirm accuracy of catalogue database and EDI files from suppliers on a timely basis.
-10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
-2+ years managerial/leadership experience
-Strong Operational knowledge of Relationship Management
-Demonstrated ability to drive change in an established org
-Working knowledge of industry fulfillment practices
-Effective presentation and communications skills.
