Dell Managed Services Global Delivery Consultant - Remote opportunity; Round Rock, TX preferred in Round Rock, Texas

Key Responsibilities

- Establish Dell Global Managed Services as a provider of industry leading transition services.

  • Manage and maintain Dell’s transition practices.

  • Align practices with Dell Delivery partners.

  • Support Dell sales teams in pursuit of Managed Services Business.

  • Develop complex operational metrics and reporting structure in support of transition services.

  • Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement during transition activities. Identifies opportunities for innovation within transition services.

  • Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience and relationships.

  • Oversee the largest and most complex transition services for Dell customers.

  • Responsible for assisting the sales organization in selling services.

  • Serves as an expert in transition best practices.

  • Maintains relationship with senior customer leadership.

  • Frequently manages programs for global and inter-regional customers.

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years with a Master’s degree; or 8+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

  • Expert organizing and planning skills to oversee the largest and most complex deliverables

  • Expert priority setting and delegation skills working with senior level team members

  • Expert problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills

  • Expert ability to oversee and guide large complex programs and consistently achieve or surpass customer service level targets

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
