Responsible for providing CRM project and campaign program support to the DFS/Dell CSMB marketing groups to enable the delivery of fast, flexible and high-quality Marketing initiatives. Leads customer retention and new customer acquisition by building customer relationships through all customer touch points. Leverages customer and brand insights to drive future campaign and program execution. Manages external CRM agencies and internal functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and deliverables happen on time. Oversees development and implementation of test plans in campaign requirements. Champions customer privacy regulations across all global business units. Partners with Dell and DFS segment marketing teams, marketing vendor operations teams, and CRM organizations to drive operational requirements. Ensures quality in multiple areas of marketing, focusing on List Services support and strategy, developing solutions for all list related marketing initiatives.
Builds demand generation plan for all products within a segment. Utilizes knowledge of all product lines within a segment to create and manage product launch and transition plans. Manages product demand plan throughout entire product and customer lifecycle. Manages demand plan to prevent excess lead times as well as shortage/excess production levels. Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives. Analyzes gaps to plan and evaluates impact to financial targets.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Owner of all List Service processes, initiatives, and approvals.
Provide accurate lists for targeted marketing initiatives for CSMB via Direct Mail, E-mail, and OBTM
Owner of Promotional offer campaign controls and reporting
Maintain, develop, and improve data quality in all phases of work
Management of customer data flows in a controlled environment between Dell, DFS, and vendors for marketing programs.
Exercise sound business judgment and creativity by providing solutions to expand DFS’ marketing reach
In all phases of List Services replace manual work with automated solutions
Serve as key list project consultant and lead for large and complex projects
Support and lend subject matter expertise to ongoing projects
Ensure file feeds are delivered according to specs and timelines.
Ensure privacy requirements are met with all marketing programs managed through List Services.
Present job related information in various executive reviews
Serve as subject matter expert for operational functions directly supported
Maintain process flows and documentation related to job duties
Ensure compliance and quality in all phases of work, deliver passing scores in all areas where you impact CSA and audit.
Be a mentor to other individuals on direct team and cross functional partners
Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
Solid analytical skills, strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail oriented, with ability to improve processes.
Ability to work independently and create own timelines, goals, and deliverable.
Able to quickly translate broader business objectives into defined tasks with minimal direction.
Strong project management and cross-functional team management skills.
Knowledge of Dell and DFS systems (data and flow) in order to support project requests.
