As part of the Support and Deployment Services Group, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the product offer roadmap through various activities focusing on analytics. The position will require data driven insights to drive improved performance and growth by optimizing attach rate, shaping demand through promos/pricing activities and maximizing profitability. You will work closely with regional Executives in the Infrastructure Solutions Group (specifically leaders in CoC, Marketing, Sales and Finance) as well as other parts of the SDS Organization (Product Group, Sales Operations, Delivery, and Sales).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic insight (issues/opportunities) based on market/customer dynamics and competitive position

  • Develops BU operational plans/recommendations to achieve BU priorities and P&L/share goals

  • Develops sales initiatives (e.g. Refresh, Channel, Defaulting changes, etc) and works closely with various teams to ensure successful execution

  • Designs promotional pricing strategies to drive offer adoption

  • Monitors performance and drives offer line reviews with regional sales leadership teams

  • Localizes initiatives and develops specific LOB programs given requirements & performance goals

  • Formulates launch plans for new and transitioning offers

Essential Requirements

  • Financial and general business acumen

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to control meetings and presentation skills

  • A self-starter who is organized and able to manage multiple demands simultaneously

  • Requires 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 12+ years with a Master's degree or 8+ years with a PhD.
