Dell NA Channel Demand Generation Manager in Round Rock, Texas

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve

As the North America Channel Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and leading an integrated marketing strategy and execution plan, while also serving as the primary marketing strategist for how we engage with our North America Channel Partner community around our storage portfolio. This position’s responsibilities fall into three primary areas: Awareness, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement. You will work closely with the leaders of the North America Marketing and Sales organization, Channel Sales Ops, business units, COC, Product Specialist teams, North America and Global Channel marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans and market-growth strategies.

You will:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs in partnership with segment teams and strategic stakeholders to grow buyer base, net new pipeline and revenue to the business

  • Drive awareness, engagement and demand for the storage portfolio with the channel community and align strategy with direct route to market counterparts

  • Collaborate with the North America ISG and broader Field Marketing team, Channel Sales stakeholders and Partner Marketing teams on plans, execution and results

  • Articulate the Storage Channel Marketing Strategic Plan to senior marketing leaders and stakeholders across the organization

  • Enable and engage North America Channel Partner community in collaboration with cross-functional team

  • Analyze segment specific performance data and have a point-of-view on results and trends, make adjustments to strategy, plan or tactics as necessary

  • Be responsible for KPI results of plan, program and tactical execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience

  • Strong strategic planning and project management abilities with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Advanced knowledge of the Channel as a route to market

  • Experience across Channel marketing – to and through Partner Awareness, Enablement and Demand Generation

  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
