Focus on developing relationships with customers in Dell's OEM sales segment (Fortune 500 and similar organizations)
Responsible for partnering with your Field counterparts, creating strategic account plans, and executing as a team in order to sell the full catalog of products and services via telephone and in some cases, face to face.
Manages a staff of professional level team members or manages a team through lower level supervisors
Defines roles and responsibilities
Establishes and influences operating policies
Plans for future needs and operations
Leads program execution
10+ years' experience with OEMs and or ODMs
4+ years leadership experience
Cross functional interaction with Services, engineering and customization groups
Experience working with Partners and second touch manufacturing
Strong history of process management and pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree
