  • Focus on developing relationships with customers in Dell's OEM sales segment (Fortune 500 and similar organizations)

  • Responsible for partnering with your Field counterparts, creating strategic account plans, and executing as a team in order to sell the full catalog of products and services via telephone and in some cases, face to face.

  • Manages a staff of professional level team members or manages a team through lower level supervisors

  • Defines roles and responsibilities

  • Establishes and influences operating policies

  • Plans for future needs and operations

  • Leads program execution


  • 10+ years' experience with OEMs and or ODMs

  • 4+ years leadership experience

  • Cross functional interaction with Services, engineering and customization groups

  • Experience working with Partners and second touch manufacturing

  • Strong history of process management and pipeline management


  • Bachelor's degree
