Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creation of complex marketing deliverables

  • Establish business performance plans at a quarterly, yearly, and multi-yearly basis for the Specialty team.

  • Responsible for playbook level business plan, forecasts, profit and loss, margins, risk factors, overall business plan, pricing analysis and recommendations.

  • Lead market research projects, analyzes trends and creates recommendations based on data

  • Responsibilities include assessing macro-economic market trends to identify share growth and margin optimization opportunities.

  • Recommend 4P-level changes (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement) necessary to meet our business goals. for technical product direction, establishing plans as well as strategies and road map plan-of-records

  • Position requires ability to interface with all levels of organization including the executive management team as well as external customers, executive management, press and industry analysts.

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 9+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 8+years with a Master’s degree or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

  • Advanced business tool skill, including Excel, Tableau, and other Dell-unique internal business metrics tools.

  • Advanced problem solving skills

  • Advanced ability to influence others to achieve results
